Property Management

Property Management execution is critical to the strategic plan.  ResCom is critical to achieving our strategic goals.  As our property management company Rescom is at our side from the moment we target an investment property. Upon acquisition, ResCom provides a seamless transition as it assumes day-to-day operations throughout the duration of the investment.  ResCom management brings over 20 years of property management expertise to the project.

Due Diligence

ResCom has an in-house team of due diligence experts with a proven track record of successfully identifying potential acquisitions and verifying underwriting assumptions to allow the investor to make informed decisions.

Asset Management

Synplex utilizes its in-house capabilities as a system of checks and balances for ownership to ensure investments are operating at their peak financial performance.

We offer a combination of family offices network, high network individual and institutions that offer equity for multi-family and commercial deals.
